With this year rapidly drawing to a close I just wanted to sum it up – shit. I’ve lost my sanity too many times to count, Ava has been so unwell, and I have been broken numerous times.

Yet I’m still standing!

I can’t say it was all bad, 2018 welcomed my beautiful little Jasper who is just the most scrumptious little boy, Ava started school, renovations began on the home and lots of big projects were completed.

I’m not sure what next year holds, what will happen, where I’m going or what I’m doing!

I’m hoping that Ava’s health picks up, although it’s not likely, she’s scheduled for more surgery the beginning of January providing she’s well enough ..33rd operation.

But still, we plod along.
